Some people are naturally drawn to solving problems. Holland has always been drawn to understanding people.
Holland is fascinated by what others often overlook—the invisible dynamics that shape how people think, communicate, make decisions, and work together. That curiosity has shaped both her life and her career, giving her a unique ability to recognize patterns, uncover what is out of alignment, and help people and organizations move forward with greater clarity and purpose.
Today, Holland is a workplace strategist, executive advisor, leadership expert who partners with organizations, family offices, healthcare organizations, founder-led businesses, and executive teams to navigate complexity, strengthen leadership, and create workplaces where people and performance thrive.
Her philosophy is simple: organizations don’t transform because of better strategies alone. They transform when people think differently, communicate more effectively, trust one another, and align around a shared purpose. Strategy may set the direction, but people determine whether it succeeds.
Rather than viewing leadership, culture, communication, resilience, and organizational performance as separate disciplines, Holland sees them as deeply interconnected. Every challenge—whether succession planning, organizational growth, leadership conflict, burnout, mergers and acquisitions, or culture change—is ultimately a human challenge. When leaders understand the people dynamics driving the business, they make better decisions, build stronger teams, and create organizations that are healthier, more resilient, and better prepared for the future.
For more than 25 years, Holland has worked with Fortune 500 companies, family offices, healthcare organizations, nonprofits, universities, start-ups, and notable hospitals such as New York Presbyterian-Weill Cornell Hospital, Columbia University Medical Center, and Northwell Health. She designs and facilitates leadership development programs, executive retreats, strategic planning sessions, organizational transformation initiatives, and executive coaching engagements grounded in behavioral science and positive psychology. Her work helps leaders built trust, improve communication, strengthen resilience, and create cultures that drive engagement, retention, and sustainable business results.
An award-winning author, Holland was named one of 100 Global Thought Leaders along with Suze Orman, Deepak Chopra, Gabby Bernstein, and Brendon Burchard, Holland is recognized for her work in conscious leadership, workplace well-being, and human performance. She was also named one of 28 International Digital Wellness Experts for three consecutive years (2020-2022) for her contributions to burnout prevention, resilience, and mindset development.
Her work draws from her education and professional experience, including degrees and certifications in Behavioral Psychology, Applied Positive Psychology, Theater, Conversational Intelligence, PI Assessment, Human and Team Dynamics, Stress Mastery, Nonviolent Communication, Polyvagal Theory, LEGO Serious Play, Dram Free Teams, NLP, and numerous evidence-based leadership and organizational development methodologies.
Holland believes that no single framework has all the answers. Every organization is different, every culture is unique, and every engagement deserves an approach tailored to the people, the business, and the challenges at hand.
Beyond her consulting work, Holland serves as the Productivity Expert for The Paper & Packaging Board, serves on the Advisory Board of PerfectFitOrtho, Cloud Dentistry and the Cloud Dentistry’s Women’s Panel, is an active investor in the MedTech sector, a member of Kappa Gamma Pi and P.E.O. International, and formerly served as Vice President of Corporate Development for NAWBO.
At the heart of Holland’s work is a belief that has remained unchanged throughout her life: when people feel seen, valued, challenged, and supported, they accomplish extraordinary things. The organizations that will thrive in the future won’t be those with the best strategy alone—they’ll be the ones that understand how to unlock the full potential of their people.
